CMI focuses on rural vitalization, solving the needs and demands among the crowd. 2021 China has been out of poverty line comprehensively. Leaving the poverty line isn't the ultimate goal, instead,  it is the start of new life, the beginning of another journey. CMI will follow the requirements given out by the Party straightly and consolidate the effectiveness of anti-poverty.

Zhouqiao Village

Since 2021, Wuhu Changjiang Shipping Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Merchants Industry, has been focusing on helping Zhouqiao village. The four main focuses are strengthening the foundation under the guidance of Party construction; planning a blueprint to develop the economy; rural governance, paying attention to people's livelihood; rural civilization, cultural assistance.

Huangda Village

Since 2014, Wuhu Changjiang Shipping Co., Ltd., as one of the 100 designated assistance units directly under Anhui Province, has been focusing on helping Huangda village, Susong County, Anqing City, Anhui Province. In 2020, the whole village will be lifted out of poverty smoothly, the hidden dangers of dangerous houses have been completely eliminated, the infrastructure and public services have been improved, and the poor village huangda village has been built into a beautiful village at the provincial level.

Zhaoba Village

In accordance with the work requirements of Nanjing Municipal Commission of civilization on "Pairing and Co-Construction to Promote the Integration of Urban and Rural Civilization". Nanjing Jinling paired up with Zhaoba village, Longpao street, Liuhe District, Nanjing, which has a relatively weak economy. Over the past 13 years, Nanjing Jinling has been assisting Zhaoba village to improve the appearance and environment of the village, as well as increasing the net profit. We've done several projects withiin the past few years, such as the cement roads constructions, transformation of harmless sanitary toilets, the installation of tap water into households, provide jobs opportunity for the families who live under the poverty line and provide assistance for the student from poverty families.
