On Jan. 1st, 2022, China Merchants Industry held a meeting in Yiulian Zhoushan, Vice GM of CMI Mr. Wu Sichuan took the chair, with presence of Party General Secretary and GM Mr. Hu Xianfu and Human Resource Manager Mr. Tong Qiang from CMI, and attendance of top and middle management of Yiulian Zhoushan.

Appointment notice was read on the meeting of Mr. Wang Yangzhi and other comrades. Mr. Wang Yangzhi is appointed Party General Secretary and GM of Yiulian Zhoushan; Mr. Xurong is appointed Vice Party General Secretary of Yiulian Zhoushan, no longer presides Party work; other appointments were also read.

Mr. Wang Yangzhi held a speech in the meeting: he give thanks to the trust of CMI and resolutely obey CMI decision. He gave recognition of past performance of Yiulian Zhoushan, and thanks to all company staff who stand fast and work hard facing present “predicament of COVID-19 outbreak”. Believe that under CMI strategic plan and high attention and adhere to the spirit of “three doing and three color”, Yiulian Zhoushan will overcome present difficulties in united efforts, continue to build Yiulian brand and create new achievement. 

On the meeting, managers from Yiulian Zhoushan also made speech of resolution. 

General Secretary and GM of CMI Mr. Hu Xianfu made a summary speech. He said, the decision of management adjustment had been taken all things into consideration and made with great care, meeting CMI strategic plan and Yiulian Zhoushan practical need. It also reflected the high attention CMI paid to Yiulian Zhoushan. Mr. Wang Yangzhi has rich experience in management of ship repair and industry development, leading Yiulian Shekou to historical hight, outshining others in performance. With his presence, Yiulian Zhoushan will further promote business performance, stand firm in Zhoushan ship repair market, and create new achievement. 

Mr. Hu Xianfu gave request to Yiulian Zhoushan in future development: 1. Be confidant in CMI strength and responsibility on the road of development; give play to Shekou spirit; work hard with full strength. 2. With overall view and future in mind, to promote steady development of Yiulian Zhoushan, in integrated, refined and strong industry of leading and shining brand. 3. Resolutely follow CMI strategic plan to forge ahead with entrepreneur spirit, gaining knowledge and embracing responsibility. 4. Hope that Mr. Wang Yangzhi shall lead Yiulian Zhoushan in joint efforts to overcome present difficulties of outbreak of COVID-19 and surrounding severe condition, doing greater contribution to Yiulian Zhoushan in safe production, steady increase and sustained profit. 5. At a time of coming new year, Yiulian Zhoushan will promote safety and environment, guarantee business and production, COVID-19 prevention, logistic service, ensure that all company staff will have a happy new year, to start a new journey in 2022.
