On 5th of Nov, CMI signs strategic cooperation agreement with Gree Electric Appliances,Inc. Of Zhuhai. Simple Hu, general manager of CMI; Mei Xianzhi, general manager assistant of CMI and general manager of Haimen Base; Dong Mingzhu, president of Gree, Liu Hua, Executive assistant of Gree, attended the signing ceremony.

Wang Linzhi, general manager of Procurement Department of CMI, Cao Yong, president of Gree Electric Engineering, as representative of both sides, signed the contract. According to the agreement, both sides will work together in the aspect of high-end marine& offshore equipment manufacturing, cruise equipment domesticization and etc.

Before the signing ceremony, the both sides visited technology exhibition hall, national key laboratory and process and manufacture workshop “Gemini”, and had a deep exchange.

Simple Hu gave a brief introduction about CMI’s development process and business sector, focused on how CMI promoting homemade  marine&offshore product with green, intelligent, low- cost operation. He said, CMI have a sound basis for cooperation with Gree in the industry area, and CMI hopes to build strategic partnership with Gree so as to  make full use of each other’s advantages and market resources, enhance the power of Chinese industryl brand.

Dong Mingzhu introduced Gree’s business performance and   technological innovation achievement in recent years. She said, Gree would take this signing ceremony as an opportunity to strengthen exchange, expand cooperation, complement each other’s advantages and  reach a win-win result.

Lucas Luo, chief planner and general manager of CMI, relevant person from Gree, general office of CMI , Haimen Base of CMI, all attended the ceremony.
