On March 20, China Merchants Heavy Industry (Jiangsu) Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Heavy Industry") and Goldwind Offshore Engineering Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Goldwind Offshore") successfully held a CM-WTI1600-XL wind power installation platform design and construction contract signing ceremony. Mr. Xue Rugen, Deputy General Manager of Zhongtian Technology Group and Chairman of Ocean Engineering Co., LTD of Zhongtian Technology Group attended the ceremony. Mr. Li Fei, Vice President of Goldwind Technology Group and Chairman of Goldwind Offshore, and Mr. Tiger Wu, Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Industry attended the ceremony.

China Merchants Industry and Zhongtian Technology have a good basis for cooperation. The signing of this project is not only the affirmation and recognition of the products already delivered, but also the promotion and continuation of the cooperation and friendship between the two sides. The signing of the 1600t wind power installation platform project is the upgrade of cooperation between Zhongtian Technology and China Merchants Industry. In the construction cooperation of Platforms namely Zhongtian Technology No. 7, 8, 9, which are two types and three ships, both sides have accumulated good cooperation experience.

As a specialized enterprise in the field of Marine equipment manufacturing, China Merchants Industry takes promoting the strategy of Marine power as its own responsibility, which is consistent with the positioning of Zhongtian Technology. Both sides believe that there is a broad space for cooperation in the field of Marine industry, and there is a lot to be done in exploring a new path of  wind power construction on far off sea.
